Change "Reply-to" Address
This procedure is for Outlook, but other email clients are similar.
Forwarded email is email that was sent to yourname@domain.com that can be forwarded to your ISP email address.
If you would like to send email or respond to email that were sent to you with your forwarded email address rather than your Internet Service Provider (ISP) address:
Click on Tools – Accounts – Highlight your account name – click on Properties.
In the General folder, change your Reply address to yourname@domain.com.
Now, when you send an email, your reply address will be yourname@domain.com rather than your ISP address.
